You can return any item, unless stated otherwise, within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.
In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition, including all tags, packaging and correspondence. Items must not be worn, washed, scented or altered in any way. If items have hygiene tags and have been removed, we cannot refund that item. All returns will be inspected upon receipt by ourselves. If we deem any of the items returned to not be in a re-sellable condition, your refund will not be processed and you will be contacted.
You must provide us with a receipt or proof of postage for your return to prove it has been sent back to us within the 14 day period. Anything returned after the 14 day period will be sent back to you. Items returned to us must be done via a tracked and signed for service and at your cost and liability. We do not take responsibility for any returned items until they are signed for by ourselves once they have arrived back at our warehouse. If items are lost in the post when being returned to us, you must contact the courier you used to resolve the issue, as we will not be held accountable.
If you receive your order from us and it is faulty in any way, you must contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue for you. Items are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or not as described. Items that are damaged by you through misuse or accident will not be considered faulty, including wear and tear. If you receive an item that is faulty, please notify us via our customer service email, email@example.com with your order number, and we will get back to you as soon as we can. We make every effort to display the colours of our products as accurately as possible, however as monitors, mobile devices, tablets & TV’s vary in tones we cannot guarantee that your display of a colour will be completely accurate.
Any products bought at a sale price are only valid for an exchange or credit (gift voucher) as in line with most retail stores.
We aim to process all refunds within 7 days of receipt at our warehouse and a refund will be issued via the original method of payment. However, during busy seasonal times of the year, such as sale periods, Black Friday, Christmas and New Years, issuing refunds may take longer. Once the refund has been processed by the MZA LABEL team, you will receive an automated confirmation email. Financial institutions may require additional days to process the refund before funds are returned to your account. We are unable to refund via any different payment methods.
Returning an item for refund or exchange:
To return your item(s), please include your order number, name & address with the item and return it to our warehouse located at MZA LABEL RETURNS, Unit 3, Junction two industrial estate, Oldbury, B69 4LT. Ensure the parcel is properly secured to avoid any damage to the item(s). We highly recommend using a tracked and signed for delivery option when returning any items to us.
Please ensure that you have contacted us via our customer service email, firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number to inform us of your exchange request and have received confirmation that we have the replacement in stock to send you.
